Ductile Iron Access Covers, including both Solid Top and Recessed designs, are high-performance solutions engineered for durability, stability, and long-term reliability in demanding environments. Manufactured from robust ductile iron, they meet stringent industry standards and load classifications up to F900, making them suitable for heavy-duty applications such as highways, airports, ports, and industrial sites.
These covers are available in a variety of configurations, including single covers, duct covers, and multispan, allowing access to a wide range of underground services, from small chambers to large, continuous utility trenches.
Solid Top Covers feature a raised lozenge pattern surface that provides a tough, slip-resistant finish without the need for concrete infill, resulting in a lighter yet exceptionally strong solution.
Recessed Covers are designed to be infilled with surrounding surface materials, enabling them to blend seamlessly into paved or landscaped environments for a clean, architectural appearance.
Both types incorporate precision machined horizontal and vertical seating faces, ensuring a non-rocking fit and forming a gas-, air- and watertight seal. This prevents movement under traffic loads and protects underground
