Gatic Pave covers are high‑performance access cover systems designed for paved urban environments where a durable, discreet and visually seamless finish is required. The range includes single, duct, trench and multispan configurations, all engineered to withstand D400 load ratings, making them suitable for public spaces and parking areas. The covers are recessed to accept aesthetic paviour infill and manufactured from ductile iron to BS EN 1563 with structural steel removable beams to BS 4‑1, ensuring strength, stability and long‑term reliability. Correct installation results in non‑rocking performance under slow‑moving traffic, and the galvanised finish on covers, frames, and supporting steelwork enhances corrosion resistance. Mechanical lifting keys are recommended due to increased weight once infilled, supporting safe and efficient maintenance access.
